If you want to purchase a crochet hook for a beginner, the H/8 is the most common size. 2. Yarn Bowls

I love yarn bowls! They have so many beautiful designs and are functional. You place a ball of yarn in it, and It keeps your yarn from rolling all over the place when you are crocheting. It is one item I don’t have and is on my wish list! If my family is reading this, I NEED one! Lol! It’s a great gift for advanced or beginner crocheters!

They make their own and sell it. It’s divine! You can also purchase a subscription to a Yarn of the Month club!

These handy devices help you wind your yarn into balls, which makes it easier to work with and prevents tangles. Ahem! I need this item in my life too. I’ve had my eye on this one and this yarn swift!

This is a must-have tool if you want to make sure your crocheted projects come out looking perfect. It helps you measure the gauge of your crocheted fabric so you can adjust accordingly. Every crocheter and knitter needs this in their toolbox.
