a few things about me…

CHOCOLATE!!! It all started with this chocolate pie (recipe here) when I was a little girl.

I don’t like to be rushed in the morning. I always start my morning off with a cup of hot tea (PG&Tips) while I watch the morning news or write in my journal. Then, I make myself a cup of coffee. I purchase my coffee beans from Mojo Roasters it is my favorite. It’s a whole process; I grind the coffee beans, then make coffee in my aeropress. Makes for a perfect morning.

I believe the first craft project I ever completed was when I was a young girl. I was in 4-H and sewed a tote bag. I even had to get on stage and model it. It was a whole experience.

Let me start by saying I love food and will try anything. I am a huge foodie but ya’ll I can’t handle lamb/mutton. It makes me gag. I want to like it, but no, just no.
