Easy No Roll Pie Crust

This easy no-roll pie crust recipe is simple to make and has a wonderful melt in your mouth flaky texture.

Ingredients
  

  • cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 5-6 tbsp ice cold water

Method
 

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Add canola oil and ice-cold water.
  3. Mix with a fork until well combined, and a soft dough forms. DON'T overmix!
  4. Press evenly into your pie plate using your hands.
  5. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15-20 minutes until browned.
