Easy No Roll Pie Crust
This easy no-roll pie crust recipe is simple to make and has a wonderful melt in your mouth flaky texture.

- 1½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
- 5-6 tbsp ice cold water
Mix flour and salt.
Add canola oil and ice-cold water.
Mix with a fork until well combined, and a soft dough forms. DON'T overmix!
Press evenly into your pie plate using your hands.
Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15-20 minutes until browned.
