Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice from the jar
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and pickle juice, and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped dill pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with potato chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
